Frequently asked questions

What age groups do you offer classes for?

We offer structured classes for multiple age groups, typically starting as young as 6-13 years old through early teens. Athletes are grouped by age and ability to ensure appropriate challenge and development.

Is this program beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. Many of our athletes start with little to no ninja or obstacle experience. Our coaches scale obstacles and training to meet each child at their current level.

How are classes structured?

Each session follows a structured format including warm-up, skill development, obstacle training, and confidence-building challenges. We focus on proper movement, strength, and progression — not just free play.

How many kids are in each class?

We maintain small group sizes to ensure individual attention, coaching feedback, and a safe training environment.

How do you ensure safety during obstacle training?

Safety is our top priority. Coaches actively supervise all obstacles, teach proper technique, and progress athletes gradually. We focus on controlled movement, not reckless play.

Will this help my child in other sports?

Yes. Our program builds strength, agility, coordination, grip strength, balance, and confidence — all transferable skills that benefit athletes in any sport.

Do you track progress?

Yes. We use progressive training methods and structured challenges so athletes can see measurable improvement in strength, skill, and confidence over time.

Is this similar to American Ninja Warrior?

Yes — our obstacles are inspired by ninja-style training, but our program is age-appropriate, structured, and focused on long-term athletic development.

Do you offer a free trial class?

We often host Open House where any parents can bring their kids to give a try. Keep eye on our event or social media page. You can also bring your kids to observe the class.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers. We recommend fitted clothing that allows full movement and avoids loose fabric on obstacles.

Can parents watch?

Yes. Parents are welcome to observe and see their child’s growth firsthand.
